Geting there:

 1. CLICK HERE FOR DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE.

 2. PUBLIC TRANSIT DIRECTIONS TO THE GREENPOINT LOFT: Take the G train to the Greenpoint Avenue station.  Exit the station & head south on Manhattan Ave toward Kent St; turn right onto Kent St; turn left onto West St., and the Greenpoint Loft will be on your right (roughly a seven minute, 0.4 mile walk).  For more info, visit http://new.mta.info/

3. You can also take cabs from anywhere in the city, or we highly recommend signing up for uber! It has proven to be a great way to get around. You can also call a car service to arrange a pick up / drop off (our Brooklyn hotel option recommends Northside Car Service).


WEDDING SCHEDULE
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm (Sunday, Dec 13th). 

Because an elevator is required to access the space (and we're trying to avoid a traffic jam), we ask you to please try to arrive according to the following schedule:
If your last name begins with A-H, please arrive between 3:30-3:40pm
If your last name begins with I-P, please arrive between 3:40-3:50pm
If your last name begins with Q-Z, please arrive between 3:50-4:00pm

But don't stress out if the above isn't possible!

From 3:30 - 4:30 there will be some festive treats and holiday carols. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour. Dinner will be served at approximately 6:30pm. There will be toasting, singing, dancing, and of course, desert as the evening continues.

The reception will end at approximately 11:00pm

 ACCOMMODATIONS

"Where should I stay while visiting New York?" If this sounds like a question you may be asking yourself, you've come to the right place. First of all, let's figure out what your priorities are while you're in town!

- "I'm only staying for one night and all I'm really doing is attending the wedding." You may want to choose a Brooklyn hotel (we've got a block of rooms at Hotel Le Jolie, about a mile from the venue); scroll down for more info on this option!

- "We want to explore all that New York has to offer!" Maybe you'd rather try a hotel in Manhattan. We've got a couple hotel blocks in Chelsea, a great neighborhood that's easy access to midtown (Times Square, etc), and a relatively short cab ride to our venue in Brooklyn (about 40 minutes). All three of our hotel options are in the $250 - $350 price range per night. 

- "We want to stay in a different neighborhood!" Good for you, seeker of adventure! There are great hotels all over the city: but a word of warning: New York City hotel rooms are REALLY small. The hotels we've gotten blocks for are lovely, clean, and in wonderful locations... but the rooms are very tiny. You may find yourself happier searching for a place that meets all needs on AirBNB (that's what our parents and many dear friends are doing). 

- "Isn't AirBNB illegal in New York City?" Welllllllll... what isn't illegal these days? In all seriousness, the rules about AirBNB are a bit weird; check for places with good reviews and you'll be fine!

All that said, here are the details for some of the options listed above!

 BROOKLYN HOTEL OPTION:

We have a block of rooms at Hotel Le Jolie in Brooklyn (1.2 miles from the venue). You need to call the hotel and mention code BZWG15 to book your room (the code must be given over the phone). This block will be available through October 30th.

 MANHATTAN HOTEL OPTION:

We have rooms at two lovely hotels in Chelsea (only the Wyndham has room options with 2 beds). To book a room at either hotel, call them directly and ask for the Ziegler/Blair Wedding rate. You can also email your request to ashim@bridgetonholdings.com. Make sure to have your arrival and departure dates, credit card info, and room preference (one bed or two, if you're at the Wyndham) handy! You can also book either hotel by clicking here! AIR BNB OPTION: 

 This option basically just includes you going to www.airbnb.com and picking out a lovely apartment!
WEEKEND ACTIVITIES

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12th:

      -4:00PM - 6:00PM: We'll be grabbing some drinks and appetizers at one of our favorite midtown spots, Lillies (49th St between Broadway and 8th). Please drop by to say hi and raise a glass with us! 

      -6:30PM: we're going to take a group photo in front of the famous Rockafeller Christmas Tree before heading in to see the Rockettes at 7:30. If you can swing by to join us for the photo, that would be amazing!
     -7:30PM: We're getting a group together to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular featuring the Rockettes! Email us here and we'll give you info about our special group rate!
